(Formerly known as New Church Leadership Institute, NCLI) This two day workshop helps participants sharpen their discernment questions around exploring a call to start a new church. Topics are designed to make each participant reflect on their own gifts and calling and seek guidance toward greater clarity.

The format places participants elbow to elbow with other aspiring church planetsrs and encourages interaction-based learning.

Self-Reflective Essay: Since this workshop is reflective in nature, it is designed to help the participants process as they go through the material. Time is given for participants to reflect and record their learnings.
